Pregnancy Smoothie: Peach, Mango and Ginger
Looking for an easy way to enjoy your prenatal vitamins? Peaches and Mangos are full of Vitamin A and Vitamin C and the addition of ginger in this smoothie will help ease your pregnancy nausea!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup peach slices
(frozen or fresh)
3/4 cup almond milk
(dairy can be used as well)
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
Optional:
A dash of chili powder for a kick or a handful of oats for added fiber!
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, blend until smooth and enjoy!
