DIY Classy Baby Outlet Covers

Are you currently baby proofing your house and baby's nursery? Try this classy and easy decorative baby outlet covers. If you are waiting for baby to come this is the perfect parenting DIY project to keep you creative and busy. It even makes a great gift for a baby shower.

What you need:

Directions:

  1. Paint outlet cover (Use any color. You can also paint designs like polka dots, chevron, little hearts.)
  2. Let dry
  3. Put them in your outlets. They are ready to use.

Want another look?

Instead of painting, try using scrapbook paper.

What you need:

  • Scrapbook Paper (There are so many beautiful scrapbook papers out there)
  • Pen
  • Scissor
  • Sponge paintbrush
  • Modge Podge

Directions:

  1. Trace the shape of the outlet cover on some crafty scrapbook paper
  2. Paint Modge Podge onto the baby outlet covers
  3. Stick the cut out on
  4. Cover the cut out with a layer of Modge Podge

Now your house and nursery will be classy and baby-proof. This is a parenting must have, for two reasons. For one, it is classy and colorful. Secondly, it's going to keep baby safe.
