One of the Best Smoothies for Pregnancy: Pomegranate and Strawberry

Prep these smoothies in the morning for a quick and healthy breakfast or snack on the go! Rich in antioxidants, folate, fiber, protein and vitamins C and K, pregnant women can get the most out of this delicious drink!

Pomegranate Strawberry Smoothie:

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Makes 12oz serving

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of Pomegranate Juice

1 cup of frozen mixed berries

1/2 cup of non-fat greek yogurt

1 dash of vanilla extract

Blend all ingredients and store in your favorite to-go cup or mason jar!
